Dr. Bhaskar Shetty

Dr. Bhaskar Shetty is an expert Orthopaedic surgeon practising at Mira Road which is located in the northern part of Mumbai.

Dr. Shetty's orthopaedic training was finalized with MBBS and MS (Ortho) degrees, accomplished through KIMS (Karnataka Institute of Medical Science) Government Medical College Hubli which was further strengthened with the overseas Fellowship program in Hip and Knee Replacement Surgery. As the Director of Mumbai Bone and Joint Foundation, Dr. Shetty has till date executed more than 3700 major and over 2800 minor cases in orthopaedics.

Dr. Shetty’s expertise in Trauma & Fractures, Joint Replacement (Hip & Knee) and Spine Surgeries can be sought at Deepak Orthopaedic and General Hospital and Wockhardt Hospital, both located at Mira Road. One of the key achievements by Dr. Shetty is the title of Ten Outstanding Young Indian Award presented to him for his professional excellence which indeed makes an impressive mark.

Dr. Shetty is working as Lecturer of Orthopaedic with Mumbai University and an Associate Professor of Orthopaedic with Nasik Medical University and Mumbai University.
